This cheesecake starts with a vanilla wafer and brown sugar crust. The filling has hints of apple pie with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It is topped with a granny smith apple compote, oat and cinnamon crumble and then drizzled with sea salt caramel. Hello?!?
