This dessert is to die for...a homemade cocoa powder brownie crust covered with a creamy vanilla cheesecake with mini chocolate chips.  Then the finale--sea salted caramel layered over the top of the cheesecake and a handful of mini chocolate chips to finish it off. This is one of my favorites so far.
